OK so i have 1000+ hours in this game both PVP curses and worked to get better at the game while playing it like so many others.
During the last event weekend myself and my crew wanted to take the time to grind out some levels in HG only to be put up agenst Back to back CHEATERS!
CHEATING is getting worse in this game but during the events its far worse.
After doing some digging we found that people are paying CHEATERS to carry them to the Level 100 in HG to get the pvp curses.
We found people on the SOT discord offering out carry services and when DMing them they give a price and explain they cheat to get you there fast.
We even found in people on Ebay selling the same service and this makes HG during the events even worse as its just half the work for the CHEATERS.
CHEATERS are buying fresh accounts for £5 of some web site and charging £95 per carry giving them a nice profit. SO WHY WOULD THEY STOP!?
This sadly made me uninstall the game and just give up. There is no point enjoying the events when i cheater can kill you instantly and just RODL all over you while you are helpless.
Players cant get HG high streaks with out a cheater ruining it for them.
Rare needs to do something and the best way i can think off is to Lock hourglass behind the pirate legend title.
Make it so players can no activate HG while a none pirate legend is part of the crew.
And have it so if a brand new none pirate legend joins and HG in progress they are sent back to the menu until the the HG is lowered.
A Banned CHEATER is not going to take there time to buy a new account and spend hours to level up 50 in 3 companies just so he can cheater for a day before being banned again.
This would be a huge waste of time for them and they would just move on to games that makes them money faster.
RARE does ban cheaters quickly but the whole time they can just make a new account and come back the problem will only get worse.
So PLEASE RARE! Make this one change! and i bet this will solve ( not cure ) alot of the cheating problems in seas right now.
