    I agree. They have introduced at least 4 new items (bone callers, traps, scattershots, merfruit) to the game since the size of storage crates was set (5 if you count merfruit twice). I think the storage crate size should be adjusted accordingly.

    Near empty fireworks crates are everywhere in game, I normally find two or three a session. Find one and fill it and sell it.

    If anything a crate just for non standed cannons balls is needed, firebombs, blunders, chain, cursed, scatter etc goes in it. Would be great to steal off boats lol

    Keep your pockets empty when collecting and it is easy enough to prevent a storage crate getting full.

    Generally you are running around with a storage crate when there is no threat around so having empty pockets is not a disadvantage.

    I think a basic filter system would solve this issue. "tag" the crate with cannonballs/bonecallers/blunder and it only picks that up and you can't put anything else in there unless you change the filter.
