New system for flag grade Retrieval

I personally think there should BA mechanic where we pay coin to restore our grade flag if we manage to get it back from enemies and be able to reattach it to your ship. Like for instance you pay this if you were:
Grade 5- 250,000 gold
Grade 4- 200,000 gold
Grade 3- 150,000 gold
Grade 2- 100,000 gold
Grade 1- 50,000 gold.
I think these are reasonable prices For getting your progress back.
