Ahoy!
I have a problem with my headphones in wireless mode and for a long time now I haven't found an answer either on forums or from Microsoft support.
When I turn on SOT the headphones go into 'hands-free' mode which is a phone call mode (mono + microphone on + ambient sound collection). In Windows 10 when this happened in the system settings I turned off the 'hands-free' device and everything went back to normal. In Win 11 this solution doesn't work. I reinstalled the sound drivers, completely uninstalled the hands-free and microphone drivers from the headphones but that didn't help either. Do you have any tips on how to fix this?
I will add that this only happens in SOT and that at the moment I have connected the headphones wired and they work normally. But I didn't buy wireless ones to be tied up :D.
