It appears as though the Gold Hoarders Tutorial Quest is broken, preventing completion of the "Just Getting Started" Achievement...
The Voyage works up until you unearth the chest on the location marked... The map will disappear from the Quest Radial, the tooltip pop-up instructing you to return the chest to a Gold Hoarder vendor, as well as Capt. Ghostbeard appearing and telling you as much - just like the other tutorials...
...However, unlike the other 2 tutorial voyages, Capt. Ghostbeard does not appear again, as you approach an Outpost/Port and beyond. When you turn the chest into the Gold Hoarders, the tooltip instructing you to turn in the chest continuously appears on screen...
...The Voyage must be abandoned in order to clear it.
