No real requirements, can be as low contact as you want it to be or could be as involved as much as you wish. I personally usually solo sloop but that's just because I don't like open crew.
There are currently 4 active guild members and we are level 4 already.

@joshoplays4893 I apologize for the delay, I have been trying to invite you. I first tried after my session ended when I first made the post but when I go to invite people it only shows my pending invites at the moment. I have tried waiting a full 12 hours from when I tried inviting you first and I'm still having the same issue. I do have invite permissions in the guild as I am the owner so I'm not quite sure what's wrong. There's 6 members now so far so it's definitely not capped. I will invite you as soon as I am able to if you're still looking to join.
@joshoplays4893 I have sent you a friend request since that is how I have to invite you anyway, but if you accept it and find me at a time I'm on I can try inviting you entirely in the game with the emote.
