    @howardlorecraft they have it already. I think it may have been a time limited reward for an event in the past though.

    So, do you mean adding it without any commendations?

    Is not a difficult item to get as you can pick 10 crates at every outpost and sell them doing some routes.

    IDK I checked all locked items in the store and I see order of souls, I see gold hoarder, but I can't see the merchant alliance's eyepatch. I noticed that the all-in-one merchant alliance costume had an eyepatch as I seen a player who has it.
    It should be in the store.
