I dont know if the screenshot is showing, but the quest that I Got through an Athena's voyage says: "By order of the Merchant Allianc, ye are requested to collect crates at Tad from Morrow's Peak Outpost. Well, I'm standing in from at Tad, and he's like... "Ya what, matey?". So, in other words, what am I doing wrong?

Sometimes the merchant purchased crates and cargo get messed up and don't recognize that you have something to pick up from that NPC. This happened to me a few times in a row while doing cargo runs in the Roar, and it has happened after purchasing a cannonball crate or other item.
I think it might have to do with picked up voyages in your wheel (e.g. random ones from barrels) that is causing it, but I haven't confirmed it.
@sjaak-kloes force close game and rejoin. It should fix it, If not do it again until it does. Someone in your crew can also do it so someone can stay on the ship.
