Bug report. Emissary Ledger rewards don’t properly reset if you are playing the game at the time the month resets

I was able to file an official bug report but unfortunately I must now wait for Rare to fix this.

I fear that I will have to replay the Merchant Alliance emissary ledger all over again just to get my rewards

The ledgers reset at the end of the month. But the rewards and your final placement when you "view previous" can take up to 48 hours. Has been that way since the emmisary system launched. Not a bug.

Normally that’s how it works but not this time. It was showing the rewards I was working towards before the ledger reset. After it reset, it says I’m still working towards the same rewards.

I’m aware it can take up to 72 hours for rewards to be rewarded. Normally it shows the rewards I just earned in the previous month rewards. This time, it didn’t carry over properly

Don't stress. You'll get your stuff and sometime tomorrow it will look more normal. 72 hours blah blah.... just logged in still showing me working on last month's reaper.

I like to suggest not looking at Emissary Rewards the last and first day of the month. It will make you crazy lol

I'm pretty consistently playing when the Ledger rolls over (it's at 6 or 7PM my local time depending on daylight savings) and most months my position and "working towards" don't update on the magic hour, and often don't even update the next day. They tend to update around the same time the rewards themselves show up in my inventory. Usually 24 hours, but have seen it go 48+. I don't think it's ever gone a full 72.

So yes, it isn't just the reward itself, but most of the back end that appears to be delays and wasn't something unique this month. I stand behind what I said: not a bug.

This is the first time I encountered this problem. If you have encountered this before then it means the problem should resolve itself in a few days.

You were both right. The emissary ledger is showing correctly that I have earned the emissary ledger cosmetics.

I still feel like it’s a bug because it doesn’t show right away but as long as it properly tracks I don’t care if the bug gets fixed
