Because i am ''forbidden'' to send a support ticket to sea of thieves i am going to post it here and hopefully people have a solution.
So when i'm in the tunnels to fight people with my crewmate i get beanbearded as soon as we get a fight. This doesn't occur every fight but once a day in the evening. This already happened to me several times and today i got it while soloing on my sloop doing quests.
I get beanbearded and after that i get marblebeards and unless my crewmate goes to the TT portal i have no chance to get in that server, as soon as my crewmate is in the tall tale i can join back.
