AI improvement since update, overpowered?

Besides that, You can still 'land' Any fort regardless of how many cannons are shooting, Just bit the tongue and press on. Anchor once you reach the spot they can't shoot you from and then repair.

About a season or two ago, skeletons armed on the cannons have been given some extra accuracy, and have fired much more frequently. If you're trying to arrive at a Fort of Fortune, one of the toughest types of forts that you'll find Bone skeleton at, chances are they're going to give you a hard time purely because of the fort's difficulty in comparison. This also makes fighting around a fort a particular pain as the skeletons can hit their shots more easily on an approaching vessel than one sailing away, and they might hit a ship passing through. Take that statement as a hint on the behavior if anything.

One of the Seaforts landed a few cannon shots on me. I was impressed.

I noticed krakens are spicier than they were for a little bit.

Personally I think the ai's should be turned up a little anyways.

They might have been buffed, sailed past within range of an island and the random skelly gunner managed to hit two of three shots before I left range. I was into the wind so I wasn’t a top speed but it was surprising.

Forts of fortune are supposed to be hardmode overpowered. They’re a callback to the original year one skull forts, where everything was aimbot, tanky, and the treasure would make ya salivate. Sounds like it’s working perfectly!
