Closing Captain's cabin doors (Galleon)

It’s a neat idea. That said, I’d probably also want a functional door on the Sloop and Brigantine if this were added.

So what if you can close them. What about the other two ships without doors?

Sloop has the side hatches, Brig has the window- Galley doors could work like those

What about them? The sloop and brig have hatches that can open and close but the galleon doesn't.

Seeing as this can add a delay to getting into one part of one ship it's not fair. I can't block you out of any part of a sloop or brig.

And someone always wants to make the door lockable.

Door with or without locks could be trollable. A battle off xbutton smashing or I lock the doors from the inside and blundrbomb myself. Oh no, now we're all locked out 😈
