This is a great game, fun to play with some friends. But, none of us like the PVP. It honestly makes no sense why it can’t be turned off. Spend hours on the game just for it to be a waste of time. The PVP is straight trash and if I wanted PVP I’d go play a FPS. There’s no reason private lobbies can’t be a thing and with how long this games been out it’s sad it hasn’t been done yet. Guarantee more people would play this game if they could actually play and not have to deal with toxic people every time.

Sea of Thieves will always be a shared world adventure game, with elements of both PvP and PvE but Joe did speak about Custom Servers about a year ago. These servers will not offer Gold or progression IF they become available to the public. Private Servers are still being tested with our Partners.
