Roar Athena quests.

So i have been grinding my athena rep for a while. But lately the merchant quests are sending us ALL OVER THE MAP. Normally the drop off sites are all over the map, but now you can drop a roar athena quest and get a golden sands merchant pick up. Its never been like that before. I do not mind buying and dropping quests but it does defeat the purpose of doing a specific roar athena.
