Rubber banding (unplayable) PC

    i have over 100 hours in this game, i quit a while back cuz it just got boring doing the same thing. Came back to the game because of the new content coming out in a few days, an i can barely play the game due to rubber banding now. no one else in my crew has issues with this except me an i have all the settings almost at the lowest, i also just upgraded my internet not too long ago (230mb/s) an i had worse internet before my break (60mb/s) also i had all my settings on legendary before my break so idk what my problem is. i've tried checking the game files/defragging my SSD/lowering settings/making SOT high priority in task manager/uninstall-reinstall.

    CPU: intel i5-9600k 3.7gz
    GPU: Nvidia geforce rtx 2060
    16gbs RAM

    You are possibly suffering from packet loss, which would result in information you are sending / receiving from the server being lost and your position constantly being reset due to where the server thinks you are.

    Check your network traffic.

    @evansbaked9279 when you upgrade your internet connection did you change providers ?

    Or did the modem/router hardware change ? This could be due to nat settings.

    Have you checked your ping to the servers (can be seen with an ingame setting)

    If your ping is ok (upto about 50~70 ms) then it is most likely packet loss like @d3adst1ck suggested

    Also how is your pc connected ? Wireless or wired, in case of the wireless option this can cause some issues too.

    i went from century link to xfinity all the hardware changed. my ping in game when i rubber band is 55-65. wired with ethernet cable to get a stable connection
