Spyglass Sensitivity on PC

There's a three year old thread on this topic already, but it hasn't been fixed since, so I thought I will ask for it again.
My Spyglass has an awfully low sensitivity on PC and I see no way to change it.
Is there some kind of workaround?
Regardless of the workaround: can you give us a Spyglass Sensitivity Slider, Rare? Shouldn't be too much troube.
