Got this tittle today, made me ponder just how much me and my friends liked to play the Haunted fleets quests in the order of souls(we do wish that they would be more rewarding with their emissary.)
Me and my brother were fighting Flame heart when I got this. I've been working on my sailing skills, but I've much to learn and haven't been to the arena yet.
We fought flame hearts ships with our little single sloop. Got to the last wave-Fighting hard-until a level 5 reaper decided to bud in and take the cake. We left obviously, they tried to chase-but it seemed clear I was the better sailor when they backed off to nab their stolen prize, Flame heart's loot(His flag ship).
We decided to chase them once we sold our loot with our own fresh reapers emissary. We both learned that there's still lots to learn from pvp with other players. It's a whole other ball game when others are involved. I'm hopeful that we might have reached level 3 emissary before sinking, but I doubt it.
Moral of the story, once you've learned to run, you need to learn to be offensive too-if you want to fend off them reapers(And those seeking to kill you outright for no apparent reason other then to kill you) and not be chased nearly endlessly most of the time.
It'll involve a lot of toxic players perhaps, but it'll pay off eventually. Stick to it, learn from them, learn their tricks and play around em! GL to y'all new sailors I met recently, don't let the waves beat you down.
P.S. Don't go yelling at your team mates. Try and remain composed, getting frustrated with each other doesn't help.
