The first one (hipfired) looks like it goes below him at 1:08:30
The second shot you can't see the tracer but I believe it either misses or is blocked by the ramp.

Looks like 2 misses to me
but in general I always found the pistol to be pretty bad when it comes to hit reg compared to the other weapons but still those are misses as far as I can tell
