So, I played the game yesterday for the first time, with a friend (I'm on Game Pass, he's got it on Steam) and the game kept saying "Trial Version" on my ears the entire time.
If I play by my self I dont hear anything.

I don't think it's the game...
Perhaps your crewmate has trial version of software (e.g. iVCam).
