Game Version mismatch. Please Check for game updates. (LightbeigeBeard)

    So yea this message popped up...went to microsoft, went to downloads...nothing, went to sea of thieves page on microsoft...again no option to update, the only option was to play it,and when i clicked that the game opened and the same message popped up,

    Microsoft store?
    It's bad, sometimes I have to restart, then open it again, and then hit get updates for it to finally see an update is needed.

    @alecraigan Did you get the store to pick up updates?
    Click on 3 ... in the top right
    Download and updates
    Get Updates

    Any game or app that has an update will appear. In settings see if you've got automatic updates enabled. Otherwise just click the download icon on the right of each game or app to be updated
