Bad loot table

    I was out slooping with a friend of mine this morning and we had a rather bad streak of loot dropping from things we killed, wondering if this is luck or some sort of bug.

    • Killed a Skelly Sloop:
      Loot dropped was a Captians Skull.

    • Killed a Kraken:
      Loot dropped was 1x emerald, a box of rare tea & some Kraken meat

    • Killed a Skelly Galleon
      Loot dropped was a Saphire, Captians skull, seafarers chest, and a box of rare spices.

    After each kill, we spent a considerable amount of time combing the area for loot so I'm pretty confident we didn't miss any.
    We also later killed a second Kraken that went down way too easily, took out two tentacles and the thing ran, dropped a stronghold Skull, captain's skull, a box of rare tea and a ruby.

    @ricewynd Welcome to being in a sloop. Kraken dies stupid easy. Two tentacles and down she goes. As for the loot you got. Seems about standard as well.

    It was the Galleon that killed it for me, took a lot of work to bring her down and we could have gotten more loot just sailing aimlessly around small islands in the sea of plenty.

    @ricewynd Honestly they are hit or miss. Sometimes they give you a ridiculous amount of garbage. Sometimes it's a small pile of valuable things. From what you said your loot you did receive was pretty solid. The Skeleton Captain Skull is the highest tier item that can be dropped from any skeleton ship and sells more than the chests do.

    @ricewynd I feel as thought you have been incredibly unfortunate. Lately, whether I have been in sloops or galleons, our crew have gotten huge increases in drops from the baddies in the game. I don't know if you name eludes to the Discworld character Rincewind, but maybe you have picked up his bad luck. Hopefully your luck turns!
