ZAVVI ORDERS.. NO RESPONES.

You posted a link on your official fb page for products from Zavvi. I placed an order, recieved and confirmation and nothing has shipped in over 2 weeks. So I looked up reviews on Zavvi and it sounds like it's a scam site. Why would Rare associate with this site? Please help.
