Trickster Tales Glitch

Please look at the Trickster tale for glitches. Six times now I have tried completing this tale. Five of the six times I got glitches and could not finish. The other time I died and had to start over (please more save points). All five glitches came when I was on Sailors Bounty. Four times after killing seven or eight groups of skellys, the captain never came out. The other time, the captain did appear and I killed him but he never dropped the key so I could not continue the tale. I reported this a couple of weeks ago. Thanks
