Official Sea of Thieves Content Update: Shrouded Spoils
At 1 minute and 23 seconds, I strongly believe this is it. It´s not in the fog, but that doesn´t have to mean anything.

I've seen the Shrouded Ghost only once, we were on the edge of the fog, but it disappeared as we approached an isle. We have, however, encountered the Ancient Terror as well, and it lives up to its name. It appeared to be the size of our galleon. It tried diving beneath us and got our ship stuck on top of it.

That's good to know. I'm always listening for the grumble before Meg appears. I'll have to try just skirting the fog next time. Ghost, and ol yeller the only 2 I still need to catch.
