Ahoy there fellow Pirates,

Cursed Sails was released upon the seas just now and many of you are now loading into the game. At the same time the different servers are booting up, resulting in a couple of different beard errors in your game.

Seeing as lots of different topics are being made, here's a bit of info to keep it centralized:

Fishbeard

This is an issue with the servers and you can count on it that the team is hard at work to get everyone into the game and playing as quickly as possible. This is a common error when launching a patch this size!

Occurance:
When loading up the game. Don't worry too much about it, have a little patience.

Alabasterbeard, AllmondBeard & CyanBeard

This is your own connection with the Xbox Live services. When this connection is disrupted you will get this error. During normal playing times this is usually an error at your own end and has most likely got something to do with a networking issue.

During an update time, however, the most common reason would be that you've been loading too long and the server simply cut the connection with your client. This results in any of the above errors.

Occurance:
When loading into the game AFTER setting sail.

CinnamonBeard & BronzeBeard

This is the most common error when it comes to being unable to load into the game. It's the game that's unable to connect you to the servers. This usually means you need to try again after reloading your game.

Occurange:
This can happen at any time when loading into the game.

Calm down

Please calm down and please try to not make any duplicate topics. Refer anyone that is running into issues loading into the game to a topic like this one, or any of the other active ones, or even to the official Sea of Thieves Beard Errors Page.
