Black Dog Pack Code Not Working

    I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves from gamestop. I was given a replacement code and when i entered the code it said that I redeemed the Mercenaries Pack. However, when I got into the game and checked my clothing box the clothing is not showing up. I then went to the clothing vendor but the clothing is not showing up. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    I redeemed the mercenary pack and tried logging in about 15 minutes later and it wasn't showing yet. but then I had to go to work. I have not had an issue where I redeem a black dog and it becomes a mercenary. The mercenary is for a bonus when you buy 3 months of xbox live.
