    Nope. Still just a link to the FAQ page.
    Getting really p****d at this whole thing now.
    Cyanbeard error every 20 minutes. I've spent 5-6 hours on looking up a solution, but no, nay, never, and not even able to send them a ticket. I love Sea of Thieves, but Cyanbeard, along with a ton of other bugs, is making that love fade quickly.

    This link worked for me, just give it a second or two to load and it gives you a drop down box of options

  • For those that mentioned me, you need to wait a while for the page to load properly.

    I redeemed the Black Dog DLC code sent to me on Xbox app but it's been 2 hours and I've yet to receive the items in-game. I wonder if it's the servers acting up again...

  • Link worked for me, thank you. Doubt I will get a response -- at best maybe a copy and pasted letter saying I will get my pre-order items someday. Whether or not I will even still be playing the game when they get around to fulfilling pre-order bonuses is a whole other story.

  • Info regarding the Black Dog pack

    I redeemed my code but can't find the items, it seems the items might not drop until next week's patch.

    So even after redeeming the code, there is a chance that you may not be able to access your Black Dog Pack items from the chests until the first game patch update arrives, likely to be early next week.
