Hi, Xbox player here. My pirate gets locked in place for a second sometimes after I close the inventory menu to takes things in/out of a barrel. It makes the game feel a bit sluggish especially during battles. Is this a server connectivity problem or something local in the game's code (client side problem happening on my xbox)? When I play safer seas, is that offline? Because then I could troubleshoot the source of the bug. Regardless, it does not seem to be just a "poor wifi" thing. It happens every day at random when I interact with barrels (not every single time) and is not accompanied by the little "bad wifi" icon.

Are you perchance trying to move before the menu fully closed?
If you already angled the stick before closing the menu, the game won't let you move, untill you move it in another direction, or put it in the neutral position.
