I got completly stuck and couldnt get out in any way

i was in an ashen fort idk the name and first i killed a boss over a trapdoor and the key got tpd underneath it and under it was the cellar thinggy where i didnt unlock the door for so i was locked out of that but i wanted to try to see if i could harpoon gun it out while going back to the boat i missed the zipline and fell in a corner thinggy outside the fort and i keep vibrating and i cant move at all no jump no sword lunge no drinking i cant move
