Wardrobe - Change to Cosmetic Chests

Short and sweet; I feel like instead of two chests for clothing and accessories, one individual chest that allows us to change the two cosmetic categories above AND save outfits (PLEASE GUYS I HAVE LIKE, SEVEN OUTFITS I LOVE USING AND TRADING COMPANY OUTFITS IM GONNA GET CARPEL TUNNEL AT THIS RATE AND I NEED MY WRIST TO SPAM M1 TO FIRE MY CANNON) would be a nice simple Quality of Life update that also adds a feature many players have been asking for since even before Pirate Profiles happened.
