Looking for a crew mates

Looking for crew mates to join our guild and our fleet. My wife and I regularly play but struggle at pvp.
We are willing to level up the emissary trades, do commendations and even achievements/ trophies.
We are in Australia so looking for people can work within that time zone. New people are welcome also.
