If you report someone for e.g. Inappropriate Pet Name, Ship Name etc. Rare Support should be able to just view this from their end and determine an outcome, rather than getting a pop up the next day saying they need more evidence provided with a ticket number.
If for example, a new player reports somebody through this system, they may just think it's all done with from there, but to get the message the ticket number pop up the next day or whatever is just pointless when they may not have gathered evidence as they didn't know they needed it, what's the point in having this system? It's more efficient reporting someone via the website (which many new players are unaware they can do).
However, obviously major things like toxicity / cheating need evidence, but again, support should be able to just see the the ship name, the pet name of the player who is being reported.
