    1. When will support be available for people that have been banned from it for years

    2. Is hourglass fixed?

    3. For a month now everytime I hit restore ship, it takes my gold but never fixes the ship.

    4. For a year whenever buying crates, it will get stuck and not allow you to grab a crate unless you go to the ship wright and buy extra supplies.
