Pristine Meg Teeth and Scales

Couldn't agree more, it's a pain to get an emergent meg and even more of a pain to get the pristine meg items needed for the commendations. Feels like it's not working as they intended

Pristine parts should be guaranteed in the tracking missions, not only emergent encounters

This commendation should not be a chance of a chance.

Nor should they be completed within week or month time.
But that just someone who wants to work for achievements and feel glory of it. Not get a handicap

I've killed about 10 emergent megs since the update. I actively seek them out by staying on the same sever much longer than I actually want to (pairing it with the brutal merchant bottle search). I've had exactly one pristine tooth and one pristine scale. Kinda ridiculous. Add them as a relatively low spawn rate to the megladon voyage. I want to fight the megs, not simply wait around for one to appear. The addition of the voyage solved my biggest issue with megladons, however specific loot for emergent only is a big negative in my opininion.

this is the argument everytime someone makes a post about commendations. its not that its hard, its that the consistency with other commendations doesnt match. why does the emergent boar guarentee 2 pristine but killing an emergent meg have 0?

Has anyone done ancient megs since update to confirm they're not included in lootpile? Yes these seem rare but people were demanding the same of boar tusks before realising it was the emergent ones you needed to hunt.

They do not count for the new commendations

The loot from emergent megs should contain the new pristine variants of tooth and scales and more than one (around 1-3) , and please remove the pristine boar stuff, it really should not be there.

I just finished this all 2 days ago. You'll get better luck with pristine scales and teeth from boar wallows. It helps if you have friends on different servers looking as well.

I just finished this all 2 days ago. You'll get better luck with pristine scales and teeth from boar wallows. It helps if you have friends on different servers looking as well.

Right, get your meg scales and teeth from BOAR wallows.

The point isn't to find a workaround lol

It's how I earned all 20 of each, just posting what helped for me. Sorry for trying to help my fellow players.
