More weapons and Equipment of the damned

Why is there not a fishing rod or speaking trumpet of the damned? I know these things might not have been in the game when that tall tale/set was added, but the "damned" set is literally just sailor gear with a ghost shader over it. There is really no reason to not have a filled out set of "of the damned" weapons and equipment. Grapple, blowpipe, double barrel pistol, and throwing knives have almost no good skins right now and those would be low effort and high tier skins for those weapons
