Let Us Use Costume Parts Separately! (Please, I’m Begging 😭)

    Alright fr fr—how do we organize to get Rare to finally let us use individual costume parts?? I’m out here ready to throw gold and ancient coins at the Crimson Crypt costume, but I just want the jacket! Sea of Thieves is a cosmetics game, after all.

    I’ll buy the whole costume, no problem. Just let us mix and match the pieces like we do with other cosmetics. The full looks are cool, but sometimes you just want that one perfect piece to complete your pirate’s vibe.

    Can we get this on the dev radar? Petition? In-game protest? Ghostly jacket flash mob?

    Anyone else feel me?

    Yes! A man of culture! What items do you want from which costumes? My brig is called Black Magic and it's all black with some pink and blue flame, bones, and runes from three or four different ship sets. My pirate's fit matches with everything but I need just the jacket from the Crimson Crypt costume and it would be literally perfect, and match the ship perfectly!

    What about you? What pieces do you need? What's your pirate's look?

    Well, I like the Silver Selpuchre stuff, but mostly just the hat.

    I also like that bird leg one with the blindfold, but mostly just the blindfold.

    There are limitations that make it impossible to make certain costumes separately, but they can isolate one or two items from each set and make them available separately.
