CAPTAINCY - COULDN'T LOAD SHIPS

    Hello everyone!

    I just want to appoint that I have been reading this thread: https://www.seaofthieves.com/es/community/forums/topic/150996/captaincy-couldn-t-load-ships?page=1

    Because 2 years later I am having the same issue.

    Now, I am a new player with just 23 hours played within this week and finally could afford to buy my own ship. I repeat, AFTER 23 HOURS OF PLAYING JUST TO BUY MY OWN SHIP so I can progress on the game, but I just got the "There was a problem loading your ship selection. Try again shortly.There was a problem loading your ship selection. Try again shortly.".

    I would like to know if there is any known fixes even though this problem has persisted during years...

    I would sign out of your account, log in again, start SoT and see if this solves the issue; if not send a support ticket: https://support.seaofthieves.com/requests/new

    @lem0n-curry thanks for your response! That actually worked, played an hour and logged out. Now, I have logged in again and this issue has not happenend again.

    Glad to hear it worked; might still send a ticket to support so they'll be aware of the issue and can fix it in code or tell people how to fix it.
