I opened a ticket over a week ago because Sea of Thieves will not run for me ever since one of the latest updates. Support gave me a couple messages, like some links to generic troubleshooting articles, and telling me they have a patch coming. I have unused ancient coins that I recently purchased, but can't access the game to use them. If I reverse the charges through the card company, does anyone know if there are any negative effects to my Microsoft account? I'm ok with losing access to Sea of Thieves because I already have. I'd rather not lose access to my gamer tag or Microsoft account, even over a couple hundred dollars. Any information or help would be appreciated.
