Add a Sword Duel Game mode to the PVP factions

    Instead of only focusing on Naval Battles in the PVP factions, it would be cool to make sort of a dojo room where players can just sword fight in 1v1 or 2v2 battles (or more). Maybe to spice things up add creatures and NPCs into the fight, and also drop storage crates with fire and blunder bombs if the fight starts to take too long.

    Fix the random errors hit reg breaks

    And as many times you see players using a sword, doubt this become popular without guns

    @captainprice159 just open up the sea dog tavern maybe with some renovations, allow anyone to attack anyone only in there
