Hourglass Hour

    Like the Gold Rush event that occurs for a short amount of time during the day and gives more gold, Hourglass Hour would allow those who are participating in Hourglass, for either faction to gain 1.5x the reputation when completing a fight (wouldn't include xp for emissary). This 1 hour event during the day would both help those who are struggling to level up in their faction and to bring more people into the fight. For those who only participate in Hourglass Battles during community day/weekend, this event would greatly increase participation. Hourglass Hour would be an amazing and exciting addition to Sea of Thieves.

    This might get a few more playing. Likely to be loss farmers or cheaters lol. But it would need a safety net for those 2hr battles, like match had to either start or finish during HG hour.

    also bring back the Friday Fort thingy too.
