Legends of Giving and Holiday Hauls happening now!
I've had this issue 2 days in a row now, it's only on Port Merrick and nobody in my crew can claim the bought crates. I'm on PC my buddy's on Xbox.
It's a known issue but either way, post a bug report. Putting bug in the title here does absolutely nothing.
Buying a voyage and then trying to grab them or restarting the game will usually work.
This has been fixed now
