By the way...why so impatient? You know, it was easter this weekend...support is made out of normal people, you know...? They don’t work 24/7

No sir, SoT support will not answer support questions about discord or assist with it in any ways. If this is a toxic player thing, they won't have the ability to reprimand someone for there conduct on another platform (like discord)What is the problem your facing? maybe the community can help.
(in case you head about Microsoft trying to buy Discord, that deal never went threw and Discord is its own company with no affiliation to Microsoft as far as i can tell)

Ok...so you wrote it 2 days ago...sunday, easter sunday, monday is also a holiday...give them a bit time these days

SoT ban? Then you are correct here...but as I said, give them a bit time, it's the first working day after 4 days off (here in austria just 3 days 😭)

You were right to go to SoT Player Support to appeal a community ban... The moderator was correct.
However;
- This weekend was a Bank Holiday weekend (including Monday), so a lot of staff were on leave.
- Since this is a social/community issue it will not be dealt with as a high priority as there will be many other tickets that take priority.
Sit tight and a Player Support agent will be with you shortly :)
@schwammlgott When players are muted or banned from our Official Discord server... They have to go through Player Support here. To see if their ban can be lifted.
We only do this in severe cases - So I won't go into whatever caused the ban/mute here but that is why :)
