When I try to load into a closed crew game I press set sail and it just says searching the seas down the bottom indefinitely I thought it may have been my internet connection but my connection is fine this happens 90% of the time when I try to play. I have to keep restarting the game to try join a game again eventually it lets me find a game. this is on xbox

At this point there’s no fix for loading times, it’s just slow hardware. If you do have an Xbox one, I would suggest deleting the game and launching it with xcloud from the Microsoft store. You’ll see a huge change in load times.
