Dev s , u can re skin to black-green dark adventures , and add something cool stuff, in game not much items with black-green colors and if u try mix clothes it s look s terrible!

Making a recolor of Dark Adventurer ruins the aesthetic and lore for it.
First of all, taking a set and changing only the gem color is seen as incredibly lazy and never happens.
If there were a recolor, most likely it would have nothing to do with the aesthetic of dark, menacing, and sharp that black & red fit so well.
Lore-wise, the set is one that reapers are selling to Pirate Legends to recruit them to their cause. So the set is not only supposed to look like an evil Pirate legend set, but also fit the Reaper feel, and again, black & red are the best fit. It would be weird if the Reaper version of Pirate Legend now had the exact same color scheme as the ghost outfits... Just get the ghost items if you want Pirate legend with black & green.
On top of that, the DA cosmetics are hard to get a lot of. If there were a recolor it would either feel like a way to get the look cheap, or a lazy extra grind.
If you want more black & green, fine. Shouldn't it be something original?

Sounds cool but also really, really complicated. They'd have to take apart the existing cosmetics and have each individual piece of multicolored sets be capable of being recolored.

If they made the same look with different colors it would be viewed as either 1) if it's easier to get, it cheapens the original set or 2) if it's just as hard, it's a lazy way to make a grind for the same set in a different color.
The set was built on the idea of black & red, dark and edgy, reaper legend. Different colors just don't fit that aesthetic.@grumpyw01f Dosent have to cheaper at all but would you say that the Black Dog set lost its value due to the Mercenary Set Silver Blade Parts Aristocrat Set? Black dog is in a league of its own because if you don't have it, you can't get it besides buying it through a code/winning it in a giveaway.Plus the aristocrat/silver blade/sapphire blade have different clothing anyway.I agree, in those situations nothing is cheapened. Same deal with wailing barnacle.Black dog, however rare, is just the level of interaction you had with SoT outside of the game. The grindiest sets take a lot of effort and are leagues different than other sets.
The silver blade set is instantly recognizable because no other set has those color options. If you want the Silver Blade look, you've got to play on Insider.
Glorious/Triumphant Sea Dog don't have easier recolors. I don't think many people would be happy if you could get a Sea dog outfit that's purple and costs 100,000 for the clothing. Presently, if you want the Arena look, you've got to play the Arena.
If you want trading company ships, you've got to play that company (lvl 75/ledger).
If you want the Dark Adventurer look, you've got to spend millions of gold. With a recolor it would be "Here's another gold sink/commendation grind, it's just that we didn't want to make anything new!" or "Here's an easier way to get that DA look, but it no longer fits its own lore or aesthetic!"
Though I could stomach (might even like) something like a full red Dark Adventurer set locked behind Reaper commendations, I would prefer something original.
@grumpyw01f Oh i fully agree on that and against lazy gold sinks but if people really wants a recolor for it... let it be.

Since the Reapers made the set, there could definitely be a lore reason to make a recolor. It just has to be done right and in my opinion changed enough to not remind me of the original, and somehow still fitting the look of the set.
