No gold when handing in loot bug

    I was in an alliance and I went to an outpost to hand in loot.

    I handed in most of my gold hoarder items but near the end I noticed I wasn't getting any gold what so ever. I wasn't getting reputation but that's because im level 75.

    Just before my last chest was handed in my alliance split up. Then when I did hand in the chest I received the gold but without emissary value.

    I'm lead to believe that the alliance had a part to play in this bug, or am I missing something?

    Either way I've missed out on thousands of gold.

    Has anyone else had this experience recently?
    Can any devs help?

    There have been gold issues so it could just be a delay.

    They have a hot fix rolling out tomorrow, but till then you can read this article where they explained the recent data losses.

    Thanks for your reply AribAlam,
    For im glad the issue has been addressed in the past, im worried its still not fixed given what's happened to me.
    Hopefully last nights hotfix has sorted it.

    I suspect im not the only person who has had this problem again. I hope another round of compensation is considered.

    I'm not sure if this is the same issue...something with alliance is the problem here, don't know how exactly this happens, but sometimes when in an alliance it doesn't count when you sell...with this problem the gold is probably lost
