What happened to the forums?

@mferr11 "not good" is a very, very nice description for this awful design 😉

I'm happy for you, they fixed a bug for you (not sarcastic)...but why not just fixing bugs, instead they change the whole design and accessibility...

tbh i see it is sliced and shaped a little different, but i dont see anything really changed.

btw i also had the bug, that a sentence was cut off, but only once until.

reply, quote and edit is all where it was and all i need ;D

Try to reply on mobile...I can't scroll to previous posts while doing that
When reply to the thread (not a post, so the "big" reply button) you can't see at all, what you are writing (gotta test this once more, because in the "post-reply" it was 1,5 lines yesterday, today it's 3 lines)
Edit to this: at least I can see 1 line now

@stundorn I see you use the german version as well...at least this works now...
I used the english version the last months...so I guess, that was the bug you are talking about...
Also I guess they worked on it since yesterday, because it's better than yesterday...

@musicmee as I mentioned before, I guess they worked a bit on it...it's a bit better now...but following things need to be worked on:
-when replying, the headline "reply to XXX" should be smaller letters, so you can see more lines of what I'm writing...BUT I' d prefer to see all the previous posts again, because this way I have to remember everything I want to reply to
-we need to see our upvotes again...so give them a colour again when upvoted

There is probably more to come on that list...but with the actual issues, I have to edit that

Edit: Seems to me, fixing those two things would solve most problems...I guess...

When opening a thread, in which I never posted or which I never opened before, it would be nice to see the OP first, instead of always jumping down to the latest post

Edit 3: just found out, why I can see more than 1 line now...it's actually something obvious 😅...it depends on the lenght of the thread-title...the smaller it is, the more lines I see...posted in a thread, where the headline is 3 lines long...couldn't see anything I wrote

@musicmee I edited my other post, but I write you once more anyway, because I made a post in another thread with just one sentence...had to write it 3 times, because it always appeared blank

Bring back previews.

The titles alone don't really give enough information as to whether the author has anything interesting to say. I preferred the old format where they provided a taste of the introduction and what to expect.
