Hazelnutbeard error

I was playing sea of thieves April 7th 2020 and I ran into a big that the helpers of sea of thieves say they don’t know what it is. It’s called the hazelnut beard error I get it normally when I’m at a skull fort either doing or just getting supplies. Sometimes I get it when I’m around a skull fort. I played the next day and it happened again so I got a little frustrated and just quit playing for the day.can someone please explain what the hazelnutbeard error is or why it happenes.
