Lost Connectivity Question (server crash or is the problem at my end?)

    First time posting.
    Multiple times it has happened that I lost connection with the server and get presented with the almondbeard error message. after I click to rejoin the last session in an effort to salvage my voyage progress it brings me back and gives me a marblebeard error message. It doesnt seem to matter how many times I try to rejoin the session it gives me the same marblebeard error message. Even when i alt F4 and restart the game.
    When I leave the rejoin menu and start a new session it has no problem putting me in a new server.

    I play on PC and when this happens my internet seems to work fine. Does it mean that there was a server crash? or could this still be an issue on my end?

    I had something similar happen to me once. Both myself and my crewmate got disconnected immediately after detonating a keg on another ship, which caused a chain reaction that set off multiple other kegs that they had loaded on board. When we tried to use the rejoin feature, we could not connect.

    We were able to immediately start a new session though, so I assume that the original server crashed and was no longer available.
