That said, even if I find his post stupid, I don't see what rule it breaks, besides maybe discrimination against 40 years old?
Your post on the other hand is bait, trying to prove a point to the mods (and technically breaking rules while doing it), as well as riling up people over a sensitive topic already discussed in multiple threads.
So no, I don't think it fits the same category as that thread, but that's my opinion.
