Anyone got tips on getting Blackcloud Wreckers? I’m nearing 50 on all other fish apart from this. Just finding a storm near a shipwreck is hard enough!!

I think looking for those shipwrecks in storms is all you can really do. And if it's in the Ancient Isles that's even better since you don't have to worry about your earthworms attracting ancientscales in addition to wreckers. Just keep an eye out for their blue nose-lights when your bait is in the water. Good luck!
I have found that when I try to chase the storm, I spend most of my time looking at the storm and not for the shipwrecks. Trying to get in front of it can be frustrating and then if you happen to figure out which direction it is actually going, it will probably be hitting the wall and changing soon after.
I have started sailing toward the center of the map and looking for a shipwreck around there. Watching long enough will also give you a good idea of what the storm is doing.
When I find one, I just wait and watch the storm to see if it is going to come my way. If not, I dive the wreck and look for valuables then go searching for another wreck closer to storm.
Typically, in a play session I will find one or two storm wreckers in the actual shipwrecks if I fail to catch a storm. If you do catch a storm and depending where you are, you might consider staying put to see if the storm comes back you way after it hits the wall.
@peteloaf777 no tips from me, I'm still struggling with that fish.
Get it done before FoTD launches though, believe me, I strongly suspect that it's going to get much tougher to fish for that particular fish for a little while.
@peteloaf777 I'd just start checking barrels inside of any shipwrecks, we have found quite a few of those wreckers cooked in the barrels. We have found them in just random floating barrels as well but I don't think they are as common to have fish in them.
@peteloaf777 best thing to do is, look for a shipwreck near the middle of the map and stay there...the storm will get there from time to time
@schwammlgott that takes forever though I can get to 3 to 4 shipwrecks by the time the storm makes it to me if I proactively move around in front of it.

@schwammlgott yea but you only get 1 shipwreck worth of fish in like hours. Staying ahead of it and moving with it around the map is the most effective like I said finished all 50 blackclouds in 2 days. Ill get 3 to 4 shipwrecks before the storm would ever make it to one in the middle.

@sirspooneth You just saved me hours on finding black cloud wreckers. I didn't realize they could spawn on barrels in the wrecks. Thank you so much.
